Q:  Do I need an appointment?
A:  Yes. We will visit your home prior to caring for your pet(s) so that we are not a stranger when
     returning.  The initial visit is free of charge with the scheduling of four or more visits. 
 
Q:  How much notice do you need to sit my pet?
A:  A minimum of two weeks is required, calling early guarantees availability. 
 
Q:  How many times would you visit my pet?
A:  Dogs generally need 2 visits a day and Cats generally need 1 visit a day.
 
Q:  What are the payment requirements?
A:  A 50% payment is required in advance for a series of 3 or more visits.
 
Q:  Does my pet need to have a current rabies vaccination?
A:  Yes.  We will need a copy of all pet(s) current rabies certificate(s) prior to visiting while you
     are away.  Your vet can fax this information to us.
